Hello, I'm Lindsay, the founder of My Butterfly Living.A positive, uplifting Yoga teacher bringing confidence and joy to your mat.
I have been a certified and practicing Holistic Yoga teacher since 2019.
In January 2019 I embarked upon and graduated in a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training course.
I studied with a Himalayan Master (PhD) and his skilled team in the foothills of the Himalayas, Rishikesh, India.
Following my return from India I have been busy teaching at various venues, private sessions (1:1 & duet), workshops, retreats and continuing training and reflection.My passion for wellbeing, mindful living, and beautiful, thoughtfully chosen products inspired me to create a space that brings together two things I love: Yoga and a carefully curated boutique.My vision is simple: to create a place where people can slow down, feel inspired, and take time for themselves—whether that's through a Yoga practice, finding a special gift, or discovering something they love.I look forward to welcoming you.
